These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of aurawellnessdayspa.com (the "Site"), our SMS and chatbot programs, and any services provided by Aura Wellness Day Spa ("Aura Wellness Day Spa," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site, opting in to our messaging programs, or scheduling or receiving services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use our services. By using the Site or our services, you represent that you meet these requirements. Guests under 18 may receive services only with a parent or legal guardian's written consent and presence, where required by our policies.

3. SMS and Chatbot Program Terms
The following terms apply to our SMS messaging program and chatbot communications. By providing your phone number and opting in (through the chatbot widget, a web form, verbally on a call, or by texting us), you agree to these terms.
a. Program Name and Description
Program Name: Aura Wellness Day Spa
Aura Wellness Day Spa operates an SMS program that sends messages in response to your inquiries, schedules and confirms appointments, sends appointment reminders and follow-ups, requests reviews after appointments, sends service-related updates, and re-engages prior contacts who have previously expressed interest. Some messages may be sent by an automated assistant on our behalf.
b. Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the number you are receiving messages from. After you send STOP, we will send you an SMS message confirming that you have unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
c. Rejoining Instructions
If you change your mind and want to receive SMS messages again, you can rejoin by signing up the same way you did initially — through our website chatbot widget, a web form, or by contacting us directly — and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

e. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
f. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

h. Compliance with Industry Standards

By participating in our SMS program, you confirm that the phone number you provided belongs to you, that you are authorized to consent to receive messages at that number, and that your participation complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or through our chatbot. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee as communicated at the time of booking. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to staff availability or unforeseen circumstances, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly in such cases.
5. Payment Terms
Services are billed at the rates in effect at the time of your appointment. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Gift cards and promotional discounts are subject to their own terms and may not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in our refund policy.
6. Guest Responsibilities
To ensure a safe, respectful, and pleasant experience for all guests and staff, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete health and contact information during booking and check-in.
- Disclose any health conditions, allergies, injuries, or physical sensitivities that may be relevant to your services before your appointment begins.
- Arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session at the full service rate.
- Treat our staff and other guests with courtesy and respect at all times.
- Comply with all posted spa policies, safety guidelines, and reasonable instructions from our staff.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any guest who behaves in a disrespectful, inappropriate, or unsafe manner.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the underlying technology — is owned by Aura Wellness Day Spa or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aura Wellness Day Spa regarding the Site and our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings on the subject.
